Who controls this data
The site owner is the controller for public submissions, privacy requests, and any management-account data stored in the local application database.

What data is stored
- Public reference submissions store your name, the reference data you submit, and any optional moderation note you provide.
- Privacy requests store your name, email, request type, and any note you provide.
- The site sign-in account stores email, display name, role, and ownership links for published references.
- Essential authentication cookies are set by Supabase when you sign in.
Why it is stored
- To publish public submissions and moderate them afterward when needed.
- To manage site-owner access and moderation history.
- To respond to privacy requests and maintain a minimal moderation history.
Processors and external services
- Supabase: authentication, database storage, and file storage.
- Netlify: hosting and application delivery.
- RAWG: game metadata lookup while creating entries.
- YouTube and Vimeo embeds are not loaded automatically. If you choose to load an embed, those providers may receive your IP address and browser data.
Retention
- Pending moderation items remain stored until they are reviewed.
- Public submissions are retained until they are manually purged and should be treated as purgeable after 90 days.
- Privacy requests are retained for audit history and should be treated as purgeable after 365 days.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal data linked to your email address.
